Wellard2ndtimers and spuddles.
We have been lucky enough to get in quite often lately
Our SS is very on the ball. We have had the same one throughout the whole build and he listens to us and has fixed any little issues. Hopefully things will go well from here.
HGWA are now getting an independent inspector to inspect their homes before PCI so hopefully this should keep maintenance issues to a minimum.

Looking fantastic!! What colour is the wall paint?
GJ Gardner Modified Coolum 277
It must have just been the shadows on the walls. The walls haven't been painted. The plaster seems to have been done really well
We are painting the whole house ourselves with Solver soft apparition. A lightish grey.

Thank you! I Love it!
Most of the house Park Regis Bartlett
Underlay super green
Main bedroom Eagle ridge 07/overcast sea
Getting the better underlay isn't very expensive.
All the carpet feels good underfoot. And it's been laid really well.

It's looking lovely smelly paint time soon
We're going to start with the smelly paint straight after PCI not looking forward to it.
Hope you're enjoying that balcony.
Hey the afternoon sun on the balcony is so nice we had split aircon installed today so nice as the house is so cold.
Just remember keep all the windows open and drink plenty that's what the girls at dulux told me and it works I found once you paint over it the smell seems to go.
We have the gold underlay with a very plush pile its so nice underfoot everybody keeps say how soft it is so worth it.

Good morning Mrsxtro01
We used the front driveway and path and front porch which was included by HGWA paving down the side of our house and also my sons alfresco.
We paid the HGWA paver extra to do the driveway front path another side path. We bought an extra 17 pallets of pavers direct from Atlas and had them delivered with the builders ones.
To be honest not sure we saved that much money doing half the paving ourselves. But we weren't sure what we wanted to do with the front. The paver did do a great job and it was good to be able to get him to do what we needed and it's hard to know what you need until you see it he also put in our clothes line.
Hope this helps.

So today we went for a quick visit and the cleaners were there. O my goodness I would love these ladies to come back and clean my house. What a fantastic job they do. It was pretty gross.
The ensuite was dreadful. But today It all looked fantastic.
Hopefully after the HGWA inspector on Monday we should have PCI fairly quickly. It all looks pretty good to us. And we've been on site a lot and picked up lots of small stuff.
Trying to coordinate fences blinds and painting and landscaping will be a challenge.
