I haven't been onsite long enough to run my hands over it for bumps but visually it looks good. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 285Jun 22, 2016 8:29 pm NicMac03 Looks fab power! Love the tiles Your build seems to have gone really quick, how exciting that you might be moving in next month!!! Yes it has gone relatively quick. We lost all of Jan and part of feb with wet weather but from slab to now it is 13 weeks. Contract end date is end of July plus a week of wet weather so we are going to be all good with timing https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 286Jun 22, 2016 9:00 pm Woop looks fabulous! Every time I have driven past you have had tradies there which is great! http://bellaviabuild.wordpress.com Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 287Jun 23, 2016 8:07 am Some more photos from this morning when my husband had to drop the outdoor fan off. Pendants have been installed also. Will be checking the bench tops closely as when I was in there yesterday they had no protection and had crap all over them. The tradie who installed them also had one foot up there with a work boot on. What do you think of the splashback power points? They are incorrect and are meant to be the saturn ones which the colours lady talked me into to make it a feature but I am not sure the saturn ones will suit the space??? And the untiled bit along the fridge space, do you think that could be tiled? Its on the list. No saturn switch has been installed, just the standard ones. For anyone wondering the standard switches are very thin. Not what I was expecting. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 291Jun 23, 2016 8:50 am Ah ok i went back and reread your post re saturn switches. Are the saturn switches the ones where the on/off switch is round with a blue led around the ring? Now I remember that I wanted them all changed over but couldnt justify it. God those appointments were so long ago. My husband said to me last night how do I remeber it all when I point out incorrect things. https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 299Jun 24, 2016 5:34 am powerfamilybuild vonsta76 Yes. Maybe it depends on our rangehoods? Not sure if Power is going with the included rangehood or not but im owner supplying mine. Can u tell me how much cupboard space is taken up by the undercupboard rangehood? Hi There Not really sure as I haven't had a look. I will check for you next time I am there but it might be a while as the site is locked up and we cant get in. We used to have one in our old house and we didn't loose any cupboard space above. I'll let you know when I know more https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 14471 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4381 |
