Price was just under 5k for 4 bedrooms plus WIR. I looked at IKEA but I wanted it to fit exact and when I was designing it through IKEA it was always a little short or long and my hubby isn't handy and hates putting stuff together so he was always going to get someone else to do it. We got the kids and spare rooms done the same. The WIR is 5mtr wide so keep that in mind with the prices. Most people wouldn't have a robe that wide Driveway was done by MKP Concrete https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 386Aug 16, 2016 8:49 pm I think thats actually a pretty good price!! Just for our WIR the ikea is just over 2K... and thats us spending hours constructing/fighting over it lol _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 387Aug 16, 2016 8:57 pm Thats a pretty good price, i think i will be making an inquiry. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 388Aug 16, 2016 9:17 pm So when do we get some lived in pics? _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 389Aug 16, 2016 9:24 pm This is my lounge that got delivered today Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Still have no decorator items (dust collectors as Matt calls them) out yet and have boxes around so hopefully I will have more done in the next few weeks now the wardrobes are in and I can finish unpacking. We rely on my dad a lot with hanging and handy work and he is really unwell at the moment after his treatment so we can only do bits and pieces when he is feeling ok. This is the kids toilet. Think I'm going to put some freestanding shelves above the toilet down the track Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 390Aug 16, 2016 9:28 pm Im really sorry to hear about your dad.. Love your choice though and those blue tiles I didn't realise hand towel rails weren't included so we have had to add them in. I really love my blue tiles. They were our second choice as we couldn't justify the cost for the Carrara tiles. We could have added it in with the trades but then thought if we have both options there would be holes and Tv brackets that we couldn't cover up so just stayed with the original option https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Re: Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Cameron Park 392Aug 16, 2016 9:59 pm Oh poo! All the bedrooms have the plastic door stops that catch and keep them open. Our laundry and door to garage has the larger one to stop it banging but doesn't catch to keep open. Yes we have blinds and shutters. They are amazing. Shutters throughout except for the living dining which has blockout rollers and I will eventually put up a pelmet and have sheers as well where the rollers are https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80908 Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13771 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 4342 |
