Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 20, 2015 12:20 am Hi everyone. Just thought I'd say hi as I may be asking a few questions over the next 12 months or so. We have recently signed up with Summit Homes to build the plan below which is a variation on the Geisha design. This is our second build. Our first was about 5 years ago with Blueprint Homes. Being our second build we had some specific changes in mind, so it's a little different from the original Geisha design. We have Prestart next Monday after which hopefully everything will get rolling! Anyway, here is the plan.
