The construction office lady is no help/ we are on our third site supervisor and he is just rushing to get the job done and is not listening to me as this particular problem has been ongoing since JULY ( ). The Construction Manager is not returning my phonecalls/ or emails - and is " out of the office". Do you go back to your Sales person who signed you up in the fist place??? or someone else. -- I'm getting no- where. Piece of advice when you are not getting anywhere. Confirm everything in writing (fax is best, but emails OK / keep a diary / higher up the tree is better than back to salesperson, but why not try both. Could also check out his trade contacts.
