Looks amazing you are soooo close now Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 22/23 Tiling 1590Oct 18, 2016 8:46 pm Lexie85 Hey Ryalls! So it's been a LONG time since I've been on here but slowly checking out everyone's progress! Firstly your build is looking amazing!! You must be so excited!! I really just felt the need to put your mind at ease about the snowy mountain paint!! I know we both were so concerned about this colour but oh my gosh I could not be happier with it!! No yellow or grey tones at all! And thankfully not stark! It is a very subtle off white but mainly just a nice shade! I'll try and get you a picture tomorrow in full sun! But I honestly couldn't be happier with it! Hey Lexie! So good to hear from you and thanks so much for checking in!!! Glad to hear your really happy with snowy mountains, I think Ive just had so much time that im starting to question everything! Ive always loved pics of your house so cant wait to see ours done in the same colour. Hope your settling in well Xx _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 22/23 Tiling 1591Oct 18, 2016 8:48 pm vonsta76 Lexie85 Pictures of painting as promised! You can see it's really so slightly off white compared to the ceiling, but it's got a nice tone to it if that makes sense!! Hope this puts your mind at ease!! And good luck with the rest of the build Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Coral Homes Avoca 25 in Gainsborough Greens Gold Coast Viewtopic.php?f=31&t=81406 Just went back and looked at all your painting pics and i see what you mean... I cant wait to see it painted and think even if it does throw a hint a cream it might be nice to try and warm up our grey tiles. In our contract it has an allowance and says to organise it closee to the time. We set him a pic of the shape we wanted, he tries to tell me it will need to go through council again (wrong ! I called them) and when i told him he wants to slug us with a $500 variation fee plus the extra costs or we could just forget the driveway and get a credit. I think thats what he wants, he seemed to push for it - probably cos he is already pressed for time and figures it will save him a week or so.. I give up! _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 22/23 Tiling 1600Oct 19, 2016 7:09 pm Ahhh geez Ryalls this guy is seriously hard work.. have you got quotes from concreters for the work you want done? It may work out cheaper doing it yourself but be mindful that getting close to christmas it is hard to organise trades. sekisui build viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060&p=1573965#p1573965 Building a sekisui house in Holmesville NSW viewtopic.php?f=31&t=75060 DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair Hi, I've got a brand new (2nd hand) Bosch Hydropower 16H tankless hot water heater.
