Turns out Beaumont didnt supply enough.. So SS has been arguing with them to get more, they are due to be delivered on Monday. Im dying to see the bathrooms finished they look beautiful already! Hubby asked why we were having white and said he preferred a colour!! Ahhh hello were you asleep during the colour appointment?? Lol Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Kinda left this afternoon a little confused he said PCI will be 24th Nov (Our exact completion date) and said handover will be two weeks after.. We were secretly hoping PCI would be the fortnight before and handover on the 24th, so a little disappointed but never mind. Now the confusing part... He said main floor tiles / carpet and driveway wont happen until after PCI but before handover! This seems a tight timeframe and i thought the two weeks after PCI were just for minor fix ups. Anyone able to help with this?? _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 21/22 Tiling 1562Oct 13, 2016 6:20 pm That is what I thought too in regards to main flooring. The bathrooms are looking fabulous. They really are making it seems like it is coming to completion. Buggar aboutv not having enough. Your right about the colour. It doesnt look very yellow. That is really exciting about being given a date either way. I went through a stage of thinking we would be in by Christmas but doubt has overcome me now all of a sudden. I flipped back to your colour selections but I can't seam to view your picture. viewtopic.php?f=31&t=83796 Yep the grey and white seem to be really popular at the moment. We selected urban i think its called.. Its a grey but im hoping it doesnt have any brown in it. I originally picked a white and then somehow walked our with urban - Looking forward to seeing the vanity tops go on. Heres the bathroom colours.. urban in the middle Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ We yo yo between ice snow and the urban as well and finally locked in the urban, I too look forward in seeing your vanity tops. My understanding is the time between PCI and handover is to fix any minor issues identified during the walkthrough.. Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 21/22 Tiling 1571Oct 14, 2016 11:48 am Ryalls - do you know what the specific council requirements for Appletree grove in order to actually move in? e.g do you need a fence, driveway etc? Ive heard that you need that dam tree in the backyard. My building contract finishes a week before Christmas and as I am renting at the moment, I want to move in ASAP. It's just a shocking time of year. Then you apply for your occupancy certificate once everything is done, I dont think there is a time limit on your occupancy certificate as long as you have it before selling. _________________________ Building the Noosa 26 with Coral Homes https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=80794 Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 21/22 Tiling 1574Oct 14, 2016 1:41 pm Tiles looking great so far! Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 21/22 Tiling 1575Oct 14, 2016 5:51 pm Hey Ryalls! So it's been a LONG time since I've been on here but slowly checking out everyone's progress! Firstly your build is looking amazing!! You must be so excited!! I really just felt the need to put your mind at ease about the snowy mountain paint!! I know we both were so concerned about this colour but oh my gosh I could not be happier with it!! No yellow or grey tones at all! And thankfully not stark! It is a very subtle off white but mainly just a nice shade! I'll try and get you a picture tomorrow in full sun! But I honestly couldn't be happier with it! Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 21/22 Tiling 1576Oct 16, 2016 3:39 pm Pictures of painting as promised! You can see it's really so slightly off white compared to the ceiling, but it's got a nice tone to it if that makes sense!! Hope this puts your mind at ease!! And good luck with the rest of the build Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: Ryalls - Coral Homes Noosa 26 - Week 21/22 Tiling 1577Oct 16, 2016 6:56 pm Lexie85 Pictures of painting as promised!
