That's an option for me too. I can flip the house for no cost, but I won't get enough sunlight. How much was it to change the rainwater pit?

Which builder are you building with as flipping the house should not cost you anything unless you can ask for reasons and price breakup. My builder told me before starting construction the land needs to be clear of all the vegetation. Dead grass = less clearing costs. Re: Village Square Edmondson Park Stage 16 638Dec 07, 2016 10:40 am Hey Guys a quick question with regards to TV points and NBN. I can see the Village Square Estate house do not have an antennas outdoors on the roof. Is the Free To Air channels sent via NBN?. I asked my builder and they mentioned this "If there is no antenna on the roof it generally means the estate is an Opticom Estate, you will need to contact the sales office where you purchased your land to find out. If it is an NBN area this is purely just phone and internet and you will still require an antenna for FTA TV and satellite dish for Foxtel. " Quite curious, how come not one house in our estate has a roof antenna. Am i missing something here?. The reason to ask is I need to decide whether I need data points or the regular TV connectors (OR BOTH) where I want to have my Television set. Try posting this on stage 14/15 as well and see what response we get there. Some of them might have already moved in and may know about this. No idea about the driveway question, but your price for a house that size including landscaping seems very good! 1 6355 Not unless you have managed to put it as a special condition into the contract somehow. 1 6421 |
