Dead grass is good. My builder told me before starting construction the land needs to be clear of all the vegetation. Dead grass = less clearing costs.
My builders collected all the forms on our behalf and have submitted it to get CDC approval..we have a sewer line running along the back fence so I would assume all the necessary info would be there :/

Hey Guys a quick question with regards to TV points and NBN.
I can see the Village Square Estate house do not have an antennas outdoors on the roof. Is the Free To Air channels sent via NBN?.
I asked my builder and they mentioned this "If there is no antenna on the roof it generally means the estate is an Opticom Estate, you will need to contact the sales office where you purchased your land to find out. If it is an NBN area this is purely just phone and internet and you will still require an antenna for FTA TV and satellite dish for Foxtel. "
Quite curious, how come not one house in our estate has a roof antenna. Am i missing something here?.
The reason to ask is I need to decide whether I need data points or the regular TV connectors (OR BOTH) where I want to have my Television set.

Try posting this on stage 14/15 as well and see what response we get there. Some of them might have already moved in and may know about this.
Village square estate is largely serviced by Opticomm the first few stages where covered by NBN but anything from stage 16 on is 100% Opticomm meaning no external antennas
The fastest thing a builder will do is bank your cheque, those systems work perfectly with lightning speed, everything else is slow burn.
Just the way it is.
