I'm Currently building in Aveley, The Vale estate, and have been informed by the builder that there is no power to the green domes so they have had to get a generator out which may be at a cost to me.
I have followed this up with Western power and they have responded that the power connections etc is unfinished and still the estates responsibility before the power is connected.
The land developer is yet to get back to me as they claim the power has been tripped from an outside contractor therefore it's just an outage (this was emailed over two weeks ago)
My question is if I get billed by the builder for the use of a generator how am I able to recoup these costs as it is not any fault of mine that the power is not connected to the green domes
Any help or thoughts appreciated
