Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 07, 2015 1:11 pm Hi All, Help! - Could anyone suggest a builder who could build on a Battelaxe block with steep long driveway (50 mtrs at 20% gradient with one point around 25%)? Or any other approach to get our house built? We have now been knocked back by Alkira Homes, Jandson Homes, Metricon Homes & GJ Gardner following site visits. The site itself is largely flat once down. The builders are mostly concerned about getting their trucks in and out and we are understanding of this. If only there was someone great out there who could build out dream 4 bed two story home. Thanks in advance for any advice.
