We are looking to build with Zuccala Homes - Melbourne. Have seen some good and some not so good feed back about them. Has anyone here had experience building with Zuccala Homes. Any feedback on them would be really appreciated. Both good and bad.

Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk.
