Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Oct 29, 2015 8:58 pm Hai, Just recently came to know that the first floor windows can be opened up to only 125 mm as they have a restrictor on them. I do understand and applaud the reason behind this. Safety of children. My question would be if I wanted to install the safety flyscreens does anyone have an idea approximately how much it would cost to do it after handover by the builder?Would it be worth it as I am guessing again it would be fully meshed and not letting much air in? Thanks.
