In the contract it states that for my lot "no building is to be erected except in accordance with the recommendations included in the AVR environmental dated september2002 . I cant find a copy of this anywhere and neither can the agent it seems ... just want to make aure their is no restrictions on building a double storey house. Has anyone heard of this before?
