I have seen this piece of land at Skye and what to buy the land and then select a builder to build my home. I was reading reviews about different builders and initially was thinking about Bentley homes but they told me that they would not be able to build here so did check out the local builders found MainVue to be interesting similar in price to Bentley Homes. What worries me is the site costs as I am on a very tight budget I do not want to be paying very high site costs, I know that it can only be costed after the soli testing etc... but is there a way to find out before buying the land. Are these kinds of test results provided at land sale?
