He recommend me to find a building specialist to check the specifications.
Has anyone else hired a building specialist to check the specifications in the contract before ? I have googled but I cant find any who does this type of service. I am in Brisbane. If they're not doing so I'd be concerned. If they are, you don't really need a lawyer to review it as it is standard.
