Hydraunic underfloor heating

We are building in SA and are considering pros and cons with Hydraunic Underflooring heating.
anyone recently installed or using this?
Would love to receive any feedback in regards to the system, good or bad.

We are looking to build with Lares Homes and have discussed this with our Project Manager - so thought I would ask the question

Hi, so you are building in Adelaide. Have nothing to offer re underfloor heating except to say when I did appointment at Beaumonts it was lovely the room was warm and I walked around with shoes off. It was a bit late for us but I would consider it in the wet areas, but I recall a friend in Melbourne saying that if there was slab movement it was a problem and with Adelaide reactive soils may be something to think of.
