We have prestart very soon and we are having trouble deciding on elevation colours.
Are prestart consultants reliable with colour recommendations?
I have heard some prestart consultant stories that advised wrong colours of white and now a render looks pink in the sun. The owners are trying to redo it externally.
I was wondering if I should speak to an external designer with experience or just stick with the prestart consultant.
Wondering what people's experiences have been and any tips. Our elevation is below. We are thinking dark roof tiles with faux dark timber garage.

It’s a good sign if Metricon are confident enough to show your house to others. The workmanship on my house was so poor they never would have done this!
