As mentioned previously they will look good initially but once you sign the contract they delay and if you ask them the reason there response is to look for another builder if you need it to be build according to their time ,which we cannot do as we have go for the bank loan process all over again. Unfortunately every builder is delayed right now, lack of supplies and trades are not helping at all. If your patio is going to be 35 sqm then that's going to need Council Approval.
