Has anyone else been told "no" or "we don't do that" too many times with their build? I'm getting pretty sick of the feeling that sales people for home builders do not appreciate the enormity and importance of the purchase. I think they also take too much advantage of the lack of knowledge on our part but also fail to acknowledge the areas that we do actually have superior knowledge in. I would've thought that they would bend over backwards to make the experience perfect and work around things.
When has your builder told you "no"?
