Getting excited, painting is a bit average and they have to come back to fix it up, both inside and out but that's really been the only trade to let us down. Sparkies will need to come back as well, the switch orientation is all out so what would normally be considered 'on' for a light switch is actually off I discovered this morning. Tiles will be done by Friday, gas fit off should take place today, painter on the weekend, air con goes in some time soon and then cleaner in next week!!! Re: Our Daydream 30 - PCI 06/11! 50Oct 29, 2015 7:37 pm Love it all!! The raven looks fantastic. So glad we are having it on one of our benches ! I'm sure the painting will get sorted. Really pleased for you guys. Re: Our Daydream 30 - PCI 06/11! 53Oct 30, 2015 10:57 am defdaz Cleaning next week. Holy sh*t. No messing about right?! Absolutely amazing. I'm sure the painting will get sorted. Really pleased for you guys. Yeah it's been motoring along. I can't for-see any issues with PCI seeing as we have been on top of most things since the start and Phil from KSpec has been backup for any building standard issues - which there have been minimal. Best advice would be visit your site regularly with a tape measure and make sure anything related to variations is correct. The SS is a good guy but he can't be 100% over every build and even now when I call him I can tell he's flat out and takes him a minute to get his head around any issue we may have. Any issues make sure it's in writing. Re: Our Daydream 30 - PCI 06/11! 54Oct 30, 2015 12:39 pm Gunna defdaz Cleaning next week. Holy sh*t. No messing about right?! Absolutely amazing. I would be a lot more nervous than I am without having you and your wife's build to follow so thank you. Couldn't work the iPhone out to start it! lol technology!! Glad you got it sorted, I will have to have a look at your thread. Its much easier to start it on the Mac than the phone Where abouts are you building? Did you make any changes to the plan at all? Re: Our Daydream 30 - PCI 06/11! 59Nov 04, 2015 10:46 pm We are building in NSW near a placed called Camden. We are making a few changes to the plan. The major one is adding a third garage. I have switched the linen and pantry around and also made the pantry entrance from the kitchen not the hallway. In the main bedroom we have taken out the big window on the alfresco side and put in a skinny rectangle one right up on the wall to accommodate an outdoor BBQ kitchen area. We are also moving forward the walk-in robe wall so we can fit more shelving. Also added a window in the ensuite between the two sinks. In the garage we are adding water outlets and a waste to accommodate a second laundry and adding a ladder for storage in the roof area of the garage. They are the major changes looking forward to starting the process! Building with Coral Homes - The Daydream 30 Re: Our Daydream 30 - PCI 06/11! 60Nov 05, 2015 5:16 am How's the tiling coming along?
