Been there... Can't do much other than getting a temporary fence done through your builder or yourself (not very expensive)... Try talking to the neighbors build supervisor, they may agree to remove... If not you will need to pay to get rid of the rubbish... You may need to play scare tactics with the supervisor, tell them you have some proof of them dumping... Council won't help at all... my thread viewtopic.php?t=79845 Re: Builders leaving mess on our land 3Oct 05, 2015 1:12 pm This happened to me. At first I spoke to the developer and let them know what was happening. I then contacted the builder and told them to remove their rubbish from my block. The SS downplayed the amount of rocks and dirt he dumped on my block and said all builders do it. I said that my be the case but it's not right and he agreed to remove the waste. The developer said to contact them if the builder didn't comply. Are you building in an estate developed by Lendlease or Stockland? If so, let them know what's happening. Have you spoken to the builder? You shouldn't have to pay to remove their waste. Maybe threaten to go to QCAT or complain to the local council?
