Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 27, 2015 2:26 pm Hi everyone, We purchased a block of land in Caulfield Street in may 2015. The land was registered and had a certificate 149. Building application plans were submitted to Camden council end of July 2015. After 4 weeks got told the land is dual zones (R1 and E2) and we can't build until the zoning anomalies are corrected! Apparently there are 7 blocks involved along Caulfield Street. We were informed this process may take 6-12 months. Have you heard of anybody else with the same issue and if so please ask them to get in touch with us..
