Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 28, 2016 1:15 am I am doing a KDR of an old house built on stumps with a new house built on stumps. Could someone advise whether there is anything to consider with the stumps for the new house being put into the ground that has been disturbed from pulling out the old stumps. Will the old stumps need to go deeper than they would on undisturbed ground?
