Finally have a date for our final inspection, in a few days on Tuesday
for now we have just been doing odd jobs outside like sorting fences and gates out.

Tomorrow if the weather lets us we will be painting some fences and the new gate

Some pics of the fences we made and painted, as well as the gate fitted up with a fresh lick of paint.

We had PCI yesterday and it all went well, we have only minor touch ups here and there and we have tentatively booked in to get keys on Friday assuming the money gets through in time.

Fingers crossed!

We got our keys on Friday and have already spent the whole weekend sealing sanding and painting.



We got all the area done that will be tiled which made things easier atleast we didnt have to cover the floors.





This is when we only had 1 coat of the grey on though..






And the tiler has started this morning

Thanks for the comments, the paint colours we used were rabbit tail for the white and i think it was barrett for the grey, they are valspar paint colours.

We got the paint when it was 50% off in a sale at masters

Installed projector and hdmi port... just need an electrician for the power point


two rows of couches in projector screen and all the AV gear.

Also need to setup the surround sound but we will get there.

You've made it work really well! Ours is 3.68 x 3.81 so a bit smaller than yours. Maybe the next house I'll do a bigger theatre!
