If it makes you feel any better I bought land 1/7/14, expected titles in April.. now expected in December. I'm building next door in Pakenham. Grand Vue looks beautiful but was too expensive for me, but its where I went to see all the display homes when they had them Best of luck! I have seen that road and footpath has been laid in stage 9B so it looks like for you title will not get delayed now and should be expected next month. Good luck! Re: Grandvue Estate,Officer,SE Melbourne 13Sep 28, 2015 11:05 am Hi, I am also building with Inspired Homes they are part of Arden Homes Arden homes is the actual builder who builds on behalf inspired homes so all your selections and everything is done through Arden homes the team at inspired homes is fantastic you cant ask any better service what they provide the customer service and getting back to your queries is top notch you feel stress free in the whole process this is my personal experience so far don't know how it will go after the construction starts i have finished with all my selections and signed building contracts etcc... just waiting for land to get titled so they can start building I know the price is premium but if you check the inclusions and finishes its high quality more flexible with design changes Re: Grandvue Estate,Officer,SE Melbourne 14Oct 01, 2015 10:00 pm Hi Sko24, Can you tell me how long it took for all the appointments... did some one call you for the appointments , i have had no call from Arden so far even though we have signed up a week ago,,, feeling strange,,!!
