We've choosen a small firm that have decided to bring in an engineer as our land has a few unique features and they don't want us get any nasty surprises after we've paid a 5% deposit. They said they won't be charging us for us so was just wondering what it costs to get one in. They have not tried to upsell us on one single thing. They have got the best reputation on the sunny coast, no-one has a bad thing to say about them.
