After tomorrows inspection Henley should hopefully be able to start plastering Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Bricks are underway. We are really pleased with our colour choice here (Austral Chestnut). I think im in love. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Windows are all installed. Unstained at the moment but I think these are great. I owe my wife an appology for ever doubting her on these. Also can't wait to see how they look once the stain is done. Re: Building Henley Vogue Q2 in Arcadia estate Officer 42Nov 08, 2016 8:03 pm Coming along nicely and love those bifolds. Stage 12 is coming along really nicely, we are in a really nice pocket of the estate here. We really are. Having the creek and school as 2 of the stage boundaries make it feel a little more open than other sections. From our pre plaster inspection, one of the items noted was squeaky L brackes (connecting studs with the roof). Does anyone know if anything can reasonably be done to address this? Re: Building Henley Vogue Q2 in Arcadia estate Officer 44Jan 17, 2017 9:40 pm Love your external color selection. It's similar to ours. Can't wait to see more pics as it moves along. We had our New home presentation on Monday. It just blew me away how great everything looks. A few items (30 or so) for Henley to sort out but nothing to major. We should have another inspection in a few weeks time and maybe (and hopefully) we will get the keys then. Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Sorry about the lack of internal pics.... Re: Building Henley Vogue Q2 in Arcadia estate Officer 50Feb 28, 2017 8:02 am Thanks for the positive feedback guys. It's great to see what all those colours, picked from swatches way back in colour selection, look like on the finished product. Here are a couple of snaps of the internals for those interested. Wish we had gone for a wood grain finish like the kitchen (pics to come). Re: Building Henley Vogue Q2 in Arcadia estate Officer 51Feb 28, 2017 8:16 am we did dark brown cabinets in our current house and have regreted it ever since! However we were lucky enough to sell it for a decent price and are now building a new house with a completely different colour scheme Re: Building Henley Vogue Q2 in Arcadia estate Officer 52Apr 03, 2017 10:35 pm Hi Kahyland, How's it going? The pics you've posted look great! I've been going back and forth between Vogue 33 and Sahara 34 or 36. At the moment, Vogue 33 is $26k cheaper in base price than Sahara 34 and if you add the upgrades pack $10k, maybe increase ceiling heights to 2570mm (comparable to Henley collection), it is still cheaper than the Sahara 34. I just don't like that it has a narrow width (not counting garage). Would you mind posting some internal photos, especially around kitchen/dining/living area?
