I'm glad too. Dec 2014 I bought the titled land. It's may 2016. After 1.5 yrs its coming to an end. But small projects inside and outside the home is going to continue for another few years I guess...

It was all done by the builders contractor. It's real grass. I will findout what grass etc from him on Monday. Getting my keys on Monday, I just went last the house and noticed that the issues picked up by the inspector hadn't been fixed yet. It's going to be a fun one on Monday I guess. Classic story with every build. If major issues aren't fixed I'm going to walkout with the cheque. It will take a month to get here. I have furniture to live now and I need to get rid of few things once I get my furnitures from India. My builder didn't do it and now I'm having difficulty getting NBN to come and do it as they are saying the conduit to pull the wire is blocked or cutoff. It would have been easier when the builder is still at site I guess. TPG is also dragging their feet blaming NBN. For my friend in the estate Optus installed without issues. Foxtel is also good too... No issues there A quick update, we didn't have site start before Easter. Summit can't seem to give me a day when they are scheduled to begin, so I'm left with a vague "within 10-20… 4 26733 Can anyone give me any onfo on New Homes WA?
