Your site costs will be approx 15 -20k but if you need a lot of bored piers then the number could be a little higher but 15-20k should be an approx amount. If the soil is a class m you will be okay. The block size is very good. Anything over 450m2 in today's market is considered big. The only problem i can see that could be a big issue is the direction of the fall. It could mean your house will be sitting lower on the block based on the direction of the fall. If they are cutting near the driveway entry then your house will be definitely sitting very low on the block. Almost like your driving down a little slope which will be lower than the actual road service if that makes any sense. You need to speak to a builder and get as many quotes as possible and ask them how high the house is going to sit on the block. Each design is different. if you go for a house of length say 17 metres by 14-15metres then this should decrease the site costs. End of the day get as many quotes from different builders as possible and this should give u a range. Good luck Hi i am looking to buy an investment near by North Rothbury.
