We have had mixed messages regarding interior painting. Some places have suggested including the painting as part of the package. While others have said no, its something that should be done afterwards. Is painting something that would just delay the process or what does everyone recommend? Get it over and done with the builder. Then their liability and will be quicker. Also should be done before carpet etc... DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair Are you doing this with a building permit? Conversion of a non habitable room into a habitable room requires building permit. 3 17318 Thankyou so much 😀 I've decided on White on white for doors and trims, White on white 50% on ceiling and Mt buller for walls. Fingers crossed it will look OK 😀 2 7165 Thank you. That is really helpful. Once we get the place done and passed for OC we can upgrade in the future once we get back on our feet and not paying mortgage and rent. 4 5727 |
