'Stormy' applies to my hobby of storm chasing/photographing...thankfully not my mood!! Thanks for adding my blog to your list, and again, best wishes for Thursday. Now I get why the pictures you took from the horific school fire was so professional. Very nice job on your stormygirl.net site too. Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 73Jul 14, 2008 10:43 pm Equinox House-To-Be That green eye is freaky Freaky?? Anyone who attaches a Frog's head to their Kitten and poses it for a photo is a freak in my eye (pardon the pun). Freakin' funny though....I admit. ::hyst::::hyst:: Sorry, totally off-topic and a bit late now, but I can't stop laughing at this! And H2B, where's your avatar gone? Was so cute! Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 74Jul 15, 2008 3:31 pm A good thing happen today, I got a phone call from one of the Directors of H3nley, which very patiently listened to me, gave me his mobile number, and was saying that I will get something out of Thursday's meeting since the person I am meeting is very good at solving problems.
So fingers crossed, maybe even my project gets back on track..... Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 76Jul 15, 2008 3:51 pm Good new htarash, hope he sticks to his word. Happy at Home Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 77Jul 15, 2008 3:52 pm High time Henley pull their act together....they should provide quality workmanship that can be compared to their display homes.
We are or should i say were thinking of building with them but after reading your blog i m having second thoughts!! we have paid for soil test and had the first tender appt. Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 78Jul 15, 2008 3:59 pm Paula Fingers crossed for you. I wonder if the power of HomeOne helped? Equinox Yikes!!! I've got my second Tender appointment tomorrow with H3nley. This is VERY concerning, and if it's ok with you, I'm going to raise this as a *serious* concern which is going to impact whether we decide to proceed further. If this is how they treat their existing customers, how can they expect to sign-up new customers like me. Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 79Jul 15, 2008 4:14 pm Go kick some butts!
Good Luck. Re: Should I complain to Building Commission or not? 80Jul 17, 2008 8:34 pm I thought I update you all,
had the meeting, the summary that within the next approx. 6-7 weeks I will get the house and when I bring my inspector, there will not be any defect. There has been some more grinding and filling, which I have informed H3nley I will not sign the hand over paper until I will get an engineering report that the slab is still structurally sounds OK. Also I did propose that they come up with solution and suggestion, when there are further cracks on the walls how H3nley is going to fix it, so I am waiting for their reply. In General I think the meeting was positive, but I can only confirm it in the next week or two when I see actions and fixing happening in a right way. Off course there were few other discussions and points which i rather not put it to the public (Sorry all, I hope you will get my points, why I can not) I've decided, after a period of confusion (my building broker told me it's probably not worth it to use a lawyer, but others have said it is a must) that I definitely will… 7 27877 i imagine you also have another contract with an architect? and yeah, whatever other's said about special conditions and appendices 16 15818 hey there! 😊 so, it’s kinda common for standard drawer depths to be around 500mm since most cabinets use this size to fit the usual runners… 3 20848 |
