Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Sep 06, 2015 8:08 pm I am very new at this site, not sure if I am doing it entirely right haha but here we go!
We found our block in October 2014 in Eliza ponds Coogee at 398sqm corner block we really wanted to still have a small yard as this is our forever home (better be!) we decided to go 2 storey. As from reading through most people's experiences we were super keen on 101 then had a rude unorganised rep when we sat down even after going through some of our points he showed us a standard plan. After doing the same with Ben Trag we walked in welcomed with open arms with a custom plan drawn off of there own to keep costs down. And a custom quote all binded up in a file. Needless to say decision made! We started plans etc with Ben Trag around feb had contracts and pre start by May final plans and council approval by July and here we are now with our slab poured on sep 4th 2015. 12months to go! No complaints so far hopefully it stays like that!:) so here is afew snaps of what's happened so far!
