Every corner of the land is having something done. So great to see the changes in 2 1/2 months. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the good weather keeps up. Silvia ? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 186Sep 07, 2016 11:29 am Quick question for those building with Eden Brae that have had everything finalised - do bathroom windows come frosted as standard or is that considered an upgrade? I've sifted through forums and build blogs online and one blogger was given clear windows as they weren't told frosted (or private windows) didn't come as standard. Anyone able to shed light on this? Reason I ask is because my wife and I are about to go to tender with EBH and we just want to know of any surprises that one would think would be a standard inclusion. FYI we are building a smart living home. Thanks guys! Matches up with what I read on blogs. Thanks for the confirmation Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 190Sep 07, 2016 3:03 pm Hi RK If you have pets and little children the laminate requires more care, if they get wet and not attended straight away they can lift. They are nice but a worry if they get damaged. Eagerly anticipating to visit this weekend! Was up there last weekend hoping to see some asphalt for the road, unfortunately it still looked the same as per the previous photos posted by others. It definitely looks a lot more flat than the last time I drove by. Hopefully we will see some concrete laid down soon.
