It's not in EB contact we've to do it. In case if you or any one else has chosen any landscaping firm please let us know. This is because site plan shows there will be some fill and some excavation we've to take care of for landscaping and it has to be done before construction. It will only be owner's responsibility when there is a big drop down & retaining wall is required. Please correct me if I am wrong.... Titania71, can you also share with me your contact for a landscaper please? Thanks. Peter Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 446Feb 19, 2017 6:59 am Hi Peter, You are correct, that was also our understanding from EBH. We have not yet spoken to any landscapers, we are waiting until we know exactly what we are dealing with. Kind regards, Peter and Silvia Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 447Feb 20, 2017 12:51 pm Hi guys , We have decided to go with EBH .. Confused with brick selection .. so far we are going with espresso brick . Any suggestions?? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 448Feb 20, 2017 1:00 pm oberon_lot_16 Hi guys , We have decided to go with EBH .. Confused with brick selection .. so far we are going with espresso brick . Any suggestions?? From memory, there were about six standard bricks we could choose from category A, and then categories B to G incurred an additional cost. We went with Gibson from category B, just a simple chocolate brown brick with a couple of specks. I believe it was an additional $650 or thereabouts to upgrade to a cat B brick. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 452Feb 20, 2017 2:38 pm EBH sent us a PCV for the Basix. Basix was approved for our build and also our block was surveyed on 14/2. Once they receive our signed PCV they will be in a position to order our updated plans in anticipation for lodgement.(their words) Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 453Feb 20, 2017 2:40 pm Hey! We've had Metricon and EBH on site for soil testing etc. No word yet, though. I figure the first we'll hear is at the tender presentations (in both cases a couple of weeks away) NC Building: Custom Home Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 454Feb 20, 2017 3:05 pm I have also received the Basix PCV from EBH. Once I have confirmed & signed off on all the quotes for the upgrades, the additional costs will be passed on to your CSA who will raise a final PCV for our signature. The final PCV + the basic building cost will be the final building cost of the house. I suggest that when doing the upgrade exercise, don't be carried away. You will be surprised how fast the variation costs adds up!!!! My electrical variations alone, came to just below $7500/-!!!!! Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 459Feb 20, 2017 7:31 pm We have our first selection appointment on this Thursday . Hope we don't get too carried away A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor. This form part of every DA requirement 3 223606 Wish you all the best.
