Have been waiting since then for the Land to be registered. Have just been advised by Eden Brae that they have got permission for access to site & things will be moving along pretty fast now. Am building a single garage, 3 b/r house. The design is Flemington 20 Riviera. My building/design consultant is Bede Schneiders, & he has been exceptionally helpful!!! Looking forward to meeting some of you guys soon. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 383Feb 09, 2017 11:22 am Welcome. We also dealt with Bede and we were incredibly happy with his service as well. We are building a Livingstone 22 on lot 33 with Eden Brae. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 386Feb 09, 2017 3:00 pm Hi Alliswell,Titania65, & warpspeed70, Great to know that you guys also had Bede as your Building Consultant. He is really a very helpful person. We are a retired couple looking after our 6 yr old grandson who lives 3 streets down the road. I have a small green box st the front of my lot, wonder if that is a TMS.... but actually, not too worried about it. My only concern is that we are utilising our frontage to the max, leaving just the min of 900mm on both sides of the house. Just wondering if the space is wide enough for the Ducted Airconditioning compressor to be installed. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 387Feb 09, 2017 4:45 pm Hi I just want to ask where can I get a copy of easement plan? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 388Feb 10, 2017 11:26 am Hi cheongsn, yes thats enough to have ducted aircon compressor, even I have same space. TMS is at your backyard. black round dot. you can see it in your easement plan. proverbs3130, your agent should share you. check with them.
