Is yours a home and land package? Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 673May 06, 2017 9:39 am We are in the same situation as Titania71, our standard site costs were part of the essential package. Our additional site costs came to $16180. What home are you building with EBH Cranbourne23? We are bulding bristol28 Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 676May 06, 2017 11:11 am We are building with MJH, our soil report classifies the site/soil as M class So I guess M class slab will be built (yet to get that confirmation from MJH) Wondering why in your case EBH is charging you for H class slab and associated costs when you may not need a H class possibly Cheers Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 677May 06, 2017 11:13 am The costs may be a little higher as the Bristol is a two storey home, ours is a single storey. That's my guess anyway. That's my guess anyway. I assumed the site costs for bristol should be less, as the slab size is 10.7x16.5m where as single floor homes size will be 12.5x20m. Did all of EBH homes are proposed for H1 class slab in our estate? Initally took tender with first style and they gave me SD4 first style range which is H class in general standards. Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 680May 07, 2017 8:44 am Ok here is my understanding, no matter if you took a package or not EBH will squeeze out the same amount from you. They will make sure to add relevant point wise additions to make up to the cost. Guess not much left to brain storm there. Have one more question, EBH mentioned stand tile allowance as $22/m2 where as when i went to dolenzo and asked for the advantage series range tiles they showed me the $30 ones. People who already did their selections could share some more light why this diff and do we need to pay the extra $8? A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor. This form part of every DA requirement 3 223610 Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 24828 |
