Yeah unregistered land will generally get valued at exactly the contract price. Haven't heard many/if any cases of higher valuations unless — except when there is a long time between deposit and settlement. I was thinking the comment was regarding the house. Always a slight concern the bank comes back lower than the fixed price tender value.
