Let's hope registration is on time so we can start building our homes. Regards, Peter and Silvia Hi Peter n Silvia, We haven't decided that. I think it depends on facade but most preferably on site properties. I like timber but it is prone to termite attack and moisture. And also need to confirm landscaping. You tell me if you have any plans. Oh wow the owners have decided to move on? Big block, nice house. A survey must’ve completed by a certified surveyor. This form part of every DA requirement 3 225071 Wish you all the best. Once you signed the contract, they will find millions excuses to charge you. And have seen their sites unfinished for a long time. 4 25266 |
