Love the colours Would they be the same trees as the ones planted along Piccadilly St against the new houses? Which is your lot? We are lot 71 Titania Street and our daughter has lot 70. Regards, Silvia Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 278Dec 06, 2016 9:26 pm AllisWell Hi All, Happy to join this forum. I have a blocked lad at Piccadilly Estate. Quick question : Mine is narrow block, can I build Zero lot home? I think you cannot build a zero lot home. I remember checking with the developers. Zero lot means using the full width of the lot and not leaving min 900 mm wide open space on sides ... I guess neighbours won't like either Re: Anyone else building at Piccadilly Estate, Riverstone? 279Dec 06, 2016 9:29 pm ozitzen AllisWell Hi All, Happy to join this forum. The estate isn't a zero lot estate which is what I was told. I think I can shed some light as mine is probably one of the narrowest blocks (10.5 mtr), I am building the house minus the second garage and not leaving the meter or so on the sides is not an option as the builder told me.
