They say that their insurance won't allow it. And they are not providing any credit for the appliances we do not want installed. If they are being that stubborn and inflexible, I would be looking at other builders, and not afraid to tell them that!! Remember that at the end of the day, they work for YOU. You are paying them for a service as well as a product, and if you aren't happy with both of them then consider spending your significant sum of money on a better provider. I would normally, but we have already spent a considerable sum of $$ (15k+) till date, so it wouldn't make sense to pull out now - we would lose more than we gained. AS well as the fact we have already given notice to our tenants. I guess that's how the builders suck you in - get you to pay as they go along to the point it is too expensive for you to pull out. If they had informed us of their policy beforehand, we would have chosen a more flexible/understanding builder. traditional gable roof facade - Have you did the dark and light gray color combination in facade with gray stone in facade… 0 4141 Hi all, Been browsing project builders' website and saw Masterton with attached granny flat design Seeing bad reviews from masterton in this website/facebook, does… 0 18247 Hi Mofflepop, I would recommend finding a building designer to prepare plans, they should design to your specified budget.
