All the best for PCI Re: First home - Impressions build @Stockland Calleya - PCI 107Feb 18, 2016 4:21 pm The PCI went really well and there are no major faults. Building inspector was highly impressed with the quality especially the work in the roof. There are some minor faults like cornice cracks, doors not aligned, unfinished painting etc. Also, the front door needs a bit of rework as there seems to be uneven gap at the edges and the lock is barely holding it. SS had previously mentioned that there will be some unfinished items at PCI 1. Ensuite taps - incorrect taps was delivered 2. Door stops 3. Final cleanup Our building inspector did awesome job he explained all the minor things to us. SS also agreed to fix all the things......in two weeks....the only thing frustrating now is waiting Our build - Moved In! viewtopic.php?f=31&t=79629 Re: First home - Impressions build @Stockland Calleya - PCI 108Feb 18, 2016 4:35 pm Good progress! My partner and I are strongly considering building with them? did you have any feedback or major issues? Re: First home - Impressions build @Stockland Calleya - PCI 111Mar 15, 2016 5:42 pm jaimehomebuyer Hi how did you find impressions over all? My partner and I are strongly considering building with them? did you have any feedback or major issues? My experience has been excellent. We never had any major delays. As you can see from the timeline on first page, things have been really smooth. PCI inspection went very well and no major issues. Minor issues have been fixed within couple of weeks too. I would strongly recommend them. Get every small thing written in contract and don't sign anything in hurry. Especially take breakdown and details of each item in Siteworks. Who is your sales rep?
