Hi guys,
Anyone here able to advise if I need a building permit to connect water to vacant land? We are in the process of planning approval with council but would like to have it installed and available for when building starts.
Thanks
Ryan

Call Vic Water and see where its at ( or whoever your local water authority is ) If its a new estate its normally fitted at around the time the lot registers. So they can start charging you rates!☺ Can a plumber put a tap on a rain water tank which is full? Tank is similar to one in photo. Cheers. 0 1670 No, not yet.
