We have (finally) received our building contract and specifications.
Can anyone tell me if there should be prices next to everything in the specification list? There is a total cost, but that's it. Nothing is itemised.
I have read some information on the Victorian Consumer Affairs website and it seem to indicate that only a total cost is required.
I am concerned that if we want to make a change, for example change the cooktop that is included, the builder could just make up the credit/extra amount.
