Australand have given us a 'preliminary house siting plan' with minimum measurements to boundary etc but not sure if this is just an Australand guideline (its not written in the covenants) or a council regulation. Its on Australand headed paper and the diagram is of our block which makes me think this has been issued by them rather than council.
