The land was a sub division and seem wanted some easy job/projects The land I had is a sub division and in a established suburb, bit disappointed with coral So Take caution If it is in a new development area then okay otherwise dont recommend Coral Re: Coral Homes - Cottesloe 36 5Oct 19, 2016 8:41 pm Thats strange, ours was a sub division and we had no issues. Re: Coral Homes - Cottesloe 36 6Oct 19, 2016 8:44 pm well no soil was no issue Issue was its close to school zone and school crossing hence they needed traffic controller etc Anyway this house is very good, I did have a look at the display at ROchedale and is a good quality Good Luck Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck.
