Hi All
I am building with the Home Buyers Centre in Banksia Grove in Perth.
I have to pave our crossover (approx 25SQM) on level ground (no slopes). HBC quoted $2,500 and i decided to get get it done after handover.
Any idea of how much it would cost on average? Has any one had crossovers paved in the Northern Suburbs?
Keen to get some estimates and reviews if possible.

As most others have posted above the install isn't compliant. The pipe is meant to be covered in loose soil or sand, the pipe has holes in it that leaks out a termicide…
