I just realised the May update was updated again and wording has been changed for my precinct. It now says lodged with LPI. Land to be confirmed with LPI only takes normally 3 - 6 weeks. I called UrbanGrowth last week to query the fact that it was due to settle in June but the website only stated lodged with Council meaning the LPI process would come afterwards. For our loan to reach the final steps the block needs to be valued. Unfortunately the valuer had no luck doing this because of the gates on Nicholson. I emailed Luis and he gave the TRN site managers phone number in case any one needs to do the same thing.
