Browse Forums Building A New House Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 22Oct 25, 2015 6:38 pm So does anyone know what has happened to East Village? The sales office is now closed, saying all land has been sold. Now what I've seen they have not sold all the land as per the masterplan, in fact it appears they have abandoned further development on the site (apart from blocks still awaiting registration). Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 23Oct 25, 2015 6:42 pm From what I know, the rest of the land has been sold to a private developer. You can still contact landcom though, as I've been doing that to ask for updates on registration etc Re: who is building at east village spring farm???? 26Nov 19, 2015 2:31 pm Hi everyone. My boyfriend and I purchased land in Mooney St at Spring Farm in July 2015. We were told that the land would be registered by April/May 2016. From what I've been reading people have been waiting for a while. This is my first time seeing this forum. Has anyone else been told April/May?
