Browse Forums Building A New House Re: The Gables in Box Hill 61Aug 14, 2015 9:50 pm Not sure if the pricing is good or not but if we look at it as long term investment then yes. Short term not a good idea buying at Gables Re: The Gables in Box Hill 62Aug 14, 2015 9:52 pm yeh interesting. we all really don't know what is going on. Even though i got a priority number, annoyed ppl must of known earlier as there is no way ppl could of gotten there so early. But it is how it is and just have to hope people who r buying get the land they want.Including me! Re: The Gables in Box Hill 64Aug 14, 2015 9:56 pm Yes indeed. There are going to be more releases. buildplz were you in the top hundred with your number? Re: The Gables in Box Hill 67Aug 14, 2015 9:57 pm Yes I am in the top 100... Now I will be in the queue thinking is that buildplz hahaha Re: The Gables in Box Hill 70Aug 14, 2015 10:01 pm Hahaha... No chance buildplz. Guess as of next weekend we will be talking about lot numbers Re: The Gables in Box Hill 74Aug 14, 2015 10:14 pm Hope others with priority numbers chime in here before the release. Might see you guys at the sales centre. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 75Aug 15, 2015 6:03 am This is a good investment. The price is at par with Elara. It is in the Hills District. If you are concerned about the prices for the area compare its prices with that of the Pitt Town releases. It used to be that people say North Kellyville was too far and without any infrastructure but look at it now. The Gables at Box Hill will be the same. Your initial investment of 10% will give you a better return than when you put that money in the bank. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 76Aug 15, 2015 11:13 am Hey guys, just came from the sales centre. Asked about the sat/sun releases. They said you can pick from either 1.1 or 1.2 on the Saturday. The Sunday is only if they don't reach your number. Auctions will start at 2pm. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 77Aug 15, 2015 11:24 am Thanks 1stgranthamhomes. Were you in the top 100 with your number? Well we are going in on Saturday for sure. We haven't been to the sales centre yet as we thought it might be busy. Were there plenty of people? What is your thought on the easement lots? Re: The Gables in Box Hill 78Aug 15, 2015 11:27 am Thanks Kaycee. You seem to know a lot about investing in properties? Re: The Gables in Box Hill 79Aug 15, 2015 11:55 am Yes, I'm in top 100 as well Sales center wasn't too busy. There's an overflow car park, but the main one isn't half full yet. I'll be staying away from easements of possible. Re: The Gables in Box Hill 80Aug 15, 2015 11:57 am Yes 1stgranthamhome. Are the plans concrete though? They might change the plan. You can never tell.
